Amazon Web Services (AWS), Amazon's cloud computing division, is seeking a Sr. Creative Operations Manager to join our global advertising team. This highly organized, proactive, and strategic role will oversee the post-production delivery and execution of global campaigns. In this role, you will manage timelines, approvals, and operational workflows across internal teams, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign delivery across channels and geographies. You will be the connective tissue across marketing strategy, creative development, localization, and media activation; ensuring that all moving parts align for successful campaign launches.
A successful candidate will help deliver advertising campaign launches on time, on brand, and across all required countries and channels globally, while ensuring stakeholders feel confident and supported throughout the campaign asset delivery, and will improve operational processes and documentation. They thrive at the intersection of executional detail, systems thinking, and operational strategy in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for AI optimization.
Key job responsibilities
Analyzes, plans and implements short operational creative process improvements with long-term scale in mind
Support operations and delivery for integrated marketing campaigns across regions, managing calendars, timelines, and milestones while tracking performance
Manage budget, contracts, and cost documentation while supporting campaign execution
Partner with Business Interagency, Legal, Media Operations, and Applications Security teams to implement tools, improve processes and onboard new agencies as needed to support streaming operations
Own and manage Digital Asset Management (DAM) system operations, including metadata tagging, permissions, and version control
Train and support internal teams and external agencies on DAM processes, media workflows, and tooling
Oversee asset delivery workflows, quality control, and approval processes across multiple asset @types
Manage asset storage, access, licensing, usage rights, and inventory including YouTube link management
Serve as primary liaison between creative, media, legal, and partner teams, coordinating with external vendors and production companies
Oversee transcreation, translation, and regional localization of campaign materials
Ensure compliance with channel-specific requirements while maintaining creative quality control
Develop and maintain creative processes, identify workflow bottlenecks, and conduct post-mortems for continuous improvement for internal and external stakeholders

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
8+ years of experience in creative operations, campaign execution, advertising production, or marketing workflow management
Passion for mechanisms, problem solving and streamlining workflows across multi creative assets (e.g. television, out of home, digital, etc)
Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms and/or ad trafficking systems
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a bias towards data-led decision making
Strong communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a global environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working at an advertising agency or in-house marketing operations team supporting complex advertising campaigns.
Familiarity with media specifications and trafficking processes for digital platforms, linear TV, and out-of-home (OOH)
Understanding of asset rights management, usage tracking, and expiration policies
Experience with Airtable, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools
Certification in project management methodologies such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
Experience working in global marketing organizations across multiple time zones and cultural @contexts
An understanding of billing processes from PO management to invoice reconciliation and accruals

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
