Our client is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support and serve as a trusted partner in managing business priorities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels in multitasking while delivering top-notch results.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a gatekeeper by managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings, and prioritizing appointments to ensure optimal time management.

Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.

Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion.

Organize travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting.

Liaise between the executive, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and smooth workflow.

Anticipate the needs of the executive and proactively resolve potential challenges.

Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation.

Support ad-hoc projects and execute special assignments as needed.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role supporting C-suite leaders.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to represent the executive professionally.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
