Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of e-commerce projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.

Manage client assets and documentation.

Act as the Single Point of Contact for selected clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.

Work closely with internal teams, including production, to streamline project execution.

Prepare client presentations, schedules, and project summaries.

Assist your supervisor with administrative tasks related to ongoing projects.

Qualifications

English (min. B2);

One year in a customer service department in an advertising agency or marketing department is an additional advantage

Experience in working with international clients is an additional advantage

Project management and communication skills;

Excellent time and organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to follow processes;

Ability to easily establish contact and build a long-term relationship with the client;

Responsibility for assigned tasks;

Conscientiousness and commitment to projects;

Good knowledge of MS Office;

Ability to easily learn and operate new programs and platforms.
