Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Regional Maintenance Centers (RMCs) of CDR NAVY REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CMD. This is a RE-ADVERTISEMENT of Announcement Number:ST-12779922-25-SAG. Responsibilities You will provide oversight of the management for depot level repair, maintenance, and modernization execution and closeout programs at the Regional Maintenance Centers. You will develop depot maintenance execution and closeout program policy, procedural, and operational changes and provide recommendations to the Director on how these changes correct situations identified in studies and internal reviews. You will serve as the CNRMC expert point of contact responsible to review depot maintenance and modernization execution and closeout program policies and draft proposals submitted from Fleet Commanders, Type Commanders, and System commands. You will identify actual or potential problem areas, trends, significant accomplishments, deficiencies and areas of imbalance. You will conduct management reviews and analysis of Depot level maintenance reporting processes and procedures of the various RMCs and develop strategies to identify maintenance inefficiencies, and inconsistencies. You will develop comprehensive recommendations based upon reviews and data collected to improve management and the overall efficiency and effectiveness of Depot level repair, maintenance, and modernization execution and closeout programs at the RMCs. You will formulate and provide recommendations on policy, procedural, and operational changes to correct situations identified in studies and internal reviews of RMC program activities. You will initiate, plan and organize, and direct reviews of RMC operations related to Depot level repair, maintenance, and modernization that are extremely complex and diversified Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 pay band (or GS-13 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing the review of depot maintenance processes to recommend improvement initiatives or strategies for the sustainment of surface ships. Education Additional Information The NH-04 broadband encompasses the GS-14 and GS-15 grade levels. This position has a control point; thus, the salary range for this position is capped at GS-15, step 05 which is currently equivalent to $168,479. If your current salary is above this amount, your salary may be matched. This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program.
