Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Pay rate: $25.00 an hour

6 months temporary assignment

What's a typical day as an Accounts Payable Specialist? You'll be:

Processing and submitting all available customer invoices daily, while reporting any issues to the supervisor and operations team.

Verifying rates and discussing any discrepancies with Sales and the Supervisor, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.

Posting invoices in accounting software and managing driver settlements efficiently.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have experience in accounts payable or a related field, with a strong understanding of accounting software.

Possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, is often preferred
