Pay: $20-25 (based on experience)

Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm

What you'll be doing:

Billing:

Process and submit customer invoices daily

Report invoice issues to supervisor

Verify and discuss rate issues with Sales/Supervisor

Accounts Payable (AP):

Process invoices daily and payments in accounting software (Quickbooks and Microsoft Office)

Submit check run reports weekly

Correspond with vendors and compare invoices to statements monthly

Payroll:

Process weekly/bi-weekly payroll for staff

Handle payroll notes and discuss issues with supervisor

Manage onboarding and settlements sheets

What you'll need:

High School Diploma required, Associates or higher highly preferred

1-3 years previous AP and billing experience required

Microsoft Office Suite experience required, Quickbooks experience highly preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills
