Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-09: Resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Interprets accounting and budgetary information in automated financial systems; 2) Generates financial reports to submit to managers; 3) Enters data in financial systems; and 4) Assists in formulating budget and cost estimates in accordance to the organization's policies.
