Ferguson is seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Counter Sales Representative.

Position Details:

Location: Onsite - Miami, Fl

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm with a rotating Saturday once a month 7:00am - 12:00pm

Are you hands-on, customer-focused, and ready to grow your career? Whether you have experience in the trades or are looking to break into the industry, Ferguson is hiring Sales Support Representatives who are ready to help customers, solve problems, and learn the business from the ground up. Responsibilities:

Provides advice to customers regarding the best products to fit their needs

Processing orders via order management system

Operate cash registers and follow established cash handling procedures

Prepare and stage orders for customer pick up

Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards as advised

Ensure that merchandise is restocked and placed in their respective areas

Maintain a safe working environment including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

Qualifications:

0-3 years of experience preferred

Basic knowledge of products is preferred

General digital literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required

Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise

General math skills to allow for cash accounting

An ability to learn is a must have!

Excellent decision making and communication skills

Pre-employment drug and background screening required

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $21.68

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
