CACI is currently looking for a motivated, career and customer-oriented Enterprise Services Manager with Agile methodology experience to join our Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Land Border Integration (LBI) Integrated Traveler Initiative ITI2.1 team in Northern Virginia! Join this passionate team of industry-leading individuals supporting the best practices in Agile Software Development and hardware integration for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
As a member of the ITI2.1 Team, you will support the men and women charged with safeguarding the American people and enhancing the Nation's safety, security, and prosperity. CBP Officers and Border Patrol agents are on the front lines, every day, protecting our national security by combining customs, immigration, border security, and agricultural protection into one coordinated and supportive activity.

What you'll get to do:
As the Enterprise Services Manager for the CBP ITI2.1 program, you will oversee a matrixed set of team members enabling us to share key skills across the engineering, deployment, and O&M task areas.
Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of a matrixed team supporting Configuration Management, Release Management, Testing, Training, Hardware Engineering, Infrastructure, and Warehouse and Logistics Management.
Schedule and coordinate enterprise resource requirements across multiple workstreams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with program objectives.
Lead a diverse team of professionals by assigning work, setting priorities, monitoring performance, and fostering a high-performing, accountable, and engaged workforce.
Conduct regular performance reviews, support professional development, and ensure team members have the tools and guidance needed to succeed.
Work with the Executive Program Manager and Engineering Manager to review engineering roadmaps, product initiatives, timetables, proposals, reports, and evaluations of achieved results.
Contribute to Basis of Estimate (BOE) and Bill of Materials (BOM) buildups
Identify opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and operational efficiency
Proactively assess and resolve complex business problems, issues, and risks that may impact performance, cost, or schedule.
You have:
Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass CBP background investigation, criteria includes, but not limited to:
3-year check for felony convictions
1-year check for illegal drug use
1-year check for misconduct such as theft or fraud
10+ years of related experience
College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems, or a related discipline.? Experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
Must be available to work a hybrid schedule with an on-site requirement in Sterling, VA

Solid experience in incremental software development projects using an Agile Scrum approach
Working knowledge of all elements of the software development life cycle, including planning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, and release management.
Experience in estimating techniques.
Strong skills with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, Visio)
Bonus would be having:
Prior experience working with Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Systems
Significant experience in Agile/Scrum environments and methodologies
Software development background
Experience with managing projects using Jira
Experience with ServiceNow
Acts independently to expose and resolve problems

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$120,800 - $265,800
