You do NOT need previous sales experience to take advantage of this RV sales opportunity with unlimited earning potential. What you need is a great attitude, a talent for dealing with people, and a drive to win. We will provide the training you need to succeed!

Job Responsibilities

Understand and implement the dealership sales process

Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)

Present and demonstrate inventory

Review, update and manage daily inventory reports.

Create and execute strategies for increasing market share

Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership

Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards

Remain up to date on products, market trends, and certification

Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software

To maximize earning potential, you must be willing to work weekends

Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent

Previous sales experience is not necessary, but relevant education and prior sales training are a PLUS.

Physical Requirements

Ability to walk the dealership lot and stand for extended periods of time

Bending, Climbing and Stooping

Occasionally lifting 20 lbs

Work in various weather conditions

Compensation

Commission

20% gross profit on RV's

25% gross profit on boats

$4,000 a month guarantee for 4 months

Schedule

We are open Monday - Saturday

9:00am - 6:00pm

Days off || Sunday & 1 week day

Relocation

About Our Dealership

Bretz RV & Marine opened for business in Missoula, Montana, in 1967. Until then, Frank and Vi Bretz had been operating a service station and renting U-Hauls in central Missoula. A search for a new camping trailer ended up turning into a new business opportunity. Not only did the Bretz family get a new camper, they decided to get into the business of selling and renting small travel trailers.

Today Bretz RV & Marine is still a family-owned and operated business with five dealerships across Montana and Idaho. We are fortunate to have grown from just over 100 employees to nearly 400 employees in the last five years. We do all we can to offer our teams an excellent place to work and advance in our company. We start by finding great people with high energy and then find the best place for them to be successful in our dealerships.
