Expected salary range of $99,000 to $110,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

LOCATION

This role is based at our Calvert Cliffs Clean Energy Center in Lusby, MD. Working hours for the role will be Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM EST. Occasional weekend hours and overtime may be required, to support outages, maintenance, or emergency situations, as needed.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Supervise the day-to-day warehouse / storeroom operations and management of the warehouse and ensure effective implementation of the processes designed to control inventory. Directly supervise warehouse storeroom employees.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Implement initiatives designed to assure the highest levels of warehouse, retail site and delivery services; including scheduled and emergency/emergent customer requests to support Exelon's reliability and customer satisfaction goals.

Support client focused interface with customers to effectively align inventory management processes with engineering, work planning, outage management, and maintenance material needs.

Supervise warehouse management process that include, but not limited to: Material pick, issue, staging and return, transportation to retail sites. Manage open and working stock, cycle count, in-storage maintenance, and shelf life management,

Supervise the pole delivery process including daily monitor and stocking of pole bunkers, safe delivery to job sites, and return of pole to inventory as need where appropriate.

Support balancing cost control with client needs to meet service, cost and asset management needs

Support the Business Units' Emergency Response activities as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School diploma or GED and 8 years of experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Science or related field and 5 years experience

Working knowledge of the Inventory, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable modules of Asset Suite 9 (Purchasing, Contracts, and Action Tracking) or similar inventory management system

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Prior people management or leadership experience, highly preferred

Experience in Nuclear Energy, highly preferred

Prior experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or within supply or logistics industries
