Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Software Engineer: Engage in on-demand incident management, ensuring timely resolution and support for maintenance requirements. Lead system upgrades and implement security modifications to enhance system integrity. Collaborate with our client's team to manage maintenance and ensure seamless operations. Utilize your expertise in ServiceNow and Microsoft SharePoint to optimize system performance. Develop user-friendly interfaces using REACT, C#, and JavaScript, contributing to the overall user experience. Required Skills for Senior Software Engineer: Proficiency in ServiceNow and Microsoft SharePoint. Strong development skills in REACT, C#, and JavaScript, with a solid understanding of Java. Experience in vended solution installation, upgrades, and configuration. Comprehensive understanding of the development lifecycle. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
