Accounting Supervisor (Exports)

JOB SUMMARY:

Supervises, tracks, and evaluates the day-to-day activities of the Exports Department, ensuring accuracy and working closely with USDA.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Overseeing daily processes of export documentation

Monitor the daily performance of the Exports department

Ensure export data is completed and under compliance with USDA requirements

Organize exports data into useable information and maintain updated records

Responsible of plant export accuracy

Ensures an accurate and timely process to expedite export documents

Helps with inventory controls and reports

Helps and participates in inventory cycle counts

Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong organizational and time-management skills

High school diploma or GED equivalent required

Bachelor's Degree in applicable field preferred

Excellent computer skills required, including Excel

Must be well-organized with good attention to detail

Team management skills

2-3 years of management and administration experience

Great communication skills

Display strong work ethic and positive attitude

Must maintain a helpful and professional attitude and appearance

Ability to communicate fluently in English (both written and verbally

Resume required

FOR SALARIED ROLES : As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits :

Benefits : Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

Paid Time Off : sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;

401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company-vesting schedule;

Base annual salary range: $62,000 - $67,000
