Accounts Receivable Clerk

Adecco is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst for a local client in Erie, PA. Apply now for instant consideration!

Responsibilities for this Accounts Receivable Analyst job include:

·Preparing and processing all billings and progress billings

·Receiving and posting customer payments (credit card, check and electronic)

·Making collection calls

·Checking and approving freight charges and handling discrepancies

·Maintaining the rental schedule

·Developing processes to maintain customer information

·Maintaining general ledger and bank accounts

· Assisting with reporting and budgets analysis

·Other duties as required

Qualifications:

·Minimum two years AR experience

Pay Details: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour
