The Job:
As a National Account Manager, you'll be part of our Tools & Outdoor team working as a remote/field employee. You will be responsible for Zoro, one of SBD's eCommerce partners, and increasing the sales of SBD brands marketed and sold through this channel. You'll get to:
Be responsible for meeting our sales goals across several brands (DEWALT,PROTO, Craftsman, Lenox, and Irwin) specific to the power tool and accessory business totaling nearly $20M.
Develop and foster relationships with Zoro leaders. This will include business and social engagements that enhance our growth trajectory with the distributor and their customers.
Work across boundaries with Zoro corporate office leads to ensure engagement at every level (including Merchandising & Publishing, Performance Analyst, Inventory Planning and Category Management).
Develop and implement an aggressive strategic promotional plan to take market share which includes monthly/ quarterly campaigns with specific marketing tactics to drive awareness
Work closely with Channel and Product Marketing teams as well as Zoro Category Management to ensure support for endless assortment with on time product launches and seamless product transitions. This includes overseeing the content featured on Zoro.com ensuring it is relevant and accurate.
Manage and enhance Zoro's annual strategic supplier program to drive incremental growth and brand loyalty.
Oversee the development of various marketing campaigns and materials published for the Zoro customers to support promotions and new product awareness.
Work with internal shopper marketing team to develop a content improvement strategy for key products and brands at Zoro including A+ content for all Cordless & New Products.
Review business with customer on a monthly/quarterly basis to ensure growth targets are being achieved.
The Person:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or related fields.
8+ years' experience in Sales or Marketing focused in the Construction and Industrial channels.
Capability to meld empathy with a rock-hard determination to achieve outstanding results.
One Team Attitude - Must have the ability to build relationships and work effectively with all levels of an organization to drive strategy, influence owners, and generate revenue through a variety of communications and contact methods.
Strong ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally (channel, product, finance, sales ops, etc.) with the appropriate internal team members to resolve problems that arise.
Ability to travel 20%+ of the time to attend key meetings and work in the field with the team Business Management, Marketing or related fields.
