JOB REQUIREMENTS: Materials Planner Start: immediately in Pleasant
Prairie, WI / United States Permanent position, Full-time TheMaterials
Plannerwill support Production Planning activities by reviewing upcoming
production and manufacturing schedules to ensure that the raw materials
needed to execute the master production schedule are available. Located
on-site at HARIBO\'s brand new, state-of-the-art gummi candy
manufacturing plant, theMaterial Plannerposition will analyze raw
material inventory ( food ingredients, packaging materials) availability
against raw material inventory needs, in order to ensure the Production
Planning schedules stay on target. As aMaterial Planner, this person
will work cross-functionally external stakeholders (suppliers) and
internal stakeholders, including members of multiple internal teams
including Supply Chain, Procurement, Demand Planning, Quality Assurance,
Operations Management, and other internal teams. Responsibilities:
Provides daily analysis planning and review of raw inventory needs based
on requirements loaded by the Production Planners in the facility
Closely coordinates with the Production Planners to ensure we always
have the right materials on hand to execute the Production Plan
flawlessly Verify production and inventory reporting accuracy, utilizing
SAP and Excel spreadsheets.Pull resources from various levels to
orchestrate effective resolution of root cause of any issues found
Working with Operations to ensure that all raw materials meet our
quality guidelines and are stored and handled properly throughout the
process to ensure product integrity Proactively work to resolve issues
with suppliers with the goal of creating long term partners that will
meet and exceed our needs Track trends and analyze issues for root cause
