What's a typical day as Customer Service Representative? You'll be:

Responsible for the entire order fulfillment process of an assigned client base, including order entry and resolution of conflicting issues, shipping, and invoicing.

Managing order to cash process activities such as expediting, basic returns, back-order monitoring, and consignment order processes.

Acting as a liaison for customers and external service providers, ensuring consistent quality service and effective communication.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Hold a Bachelor's degree and have a strong understanding of the Order to Cash, Invoicing, and Reconciliation processes.

Possess 2 years of progressive SAP experience in a related field (preferred but not required) and have computer proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.

Have excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills, with experience interacting with customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
