Urgently Hiring: Call Center/BDC Representatives

Pay Rate: $20 Hourly

Schedule: Full-Time with one day off during the week and off on Sundays

Previous Automotive Dealership Sales, BDC, or Internet Sales experience in a high-volume dealership is a plus , but we will train the right candidate.

Who are we looking for?

Automotive Sales BDC, Internet experience is preferred

We will train candidates who have great people skills and ambition

Customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated

Outstanding follow up skills

Ability to convert internet leads to appointment/sale

Team player

Strong communication skills -verbal and written

Excellent computer skills including CRM proficiency

Highly organized with attention to detail

The expected pay range for this position is ($15.49 to $20) (Hourly/Salary).

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
