Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative with a passion for delivering exceptional service and administrative support. This role involves active interaction with customers and collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

Manage payments and invoicing processes efficiently.

Handle communication with the laboratory to ensure timely responses and accurate information.

Answer phone calls and respond to customer emails promptly.

Facilitate ordering supplies to maintain adequate inventory levels.

Essential Skills

Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service with active customer interactions.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.

Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.

Highly organized and able to remain calm under pressure.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks.

Comfortable working with computers and technology.

Work Environment

This position requires working onsite for five days a week in Tucker. The role is based in a dynamic and engaging office environment where collaboration and communication are key.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
