Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

Handle the processing of quotes and orders with accuracy and timeliness.

Provide high-level customer service via email and inbound phone calls.

Offer office support for Outside Sales with quotes, data sheets, and promotional materials.

Collaborate with team members on projects.

Assist with the preparation of shipping documents.

Manage incoming inventory receipts and material test reports.

Electronically store and sort sales-related documents.

Proactively inform customers of unforeseen delays or problems.

Research, respond to, and resolve customer problems.

Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

Associates/Bachelors degree preferred in business administration, marketing, or a technical field.

One to two years of experience working in an office setting environment preferred.

Heavy data entry experience within the manufacturing industry.

Customer service-oriented individual who enjoys problem-solving and learning.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel) and ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).

Well-organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.04 - $28.85/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
