Hiring Packaging Technicians to Join Our Team
As a Packaging Technician, you will monitor and perform CIP operations while adhering to sanitation directives. You will operate and troubleshoot packaging equipment, stack, prepare, and coordinate the delivery of finished products to the warehouse. Your role includes achieving and recording quality benchmarks through the completion and monitoring of various QC line initiatives. You will also be responsible for operating a forklift safely, ensuring the line runs efficiently, and minimizing material losses.
Pay & Shift
Pay: $18-$22/hour
Shift: Rotating between 1st and 2nd shift
Responsibilities
Monitor and perform CIP operations adhering to sanitation directives.
Operate and troubleshoot all packaging equipment.
Stack, prepare, and coordinate the delivery of finished products to the warehouse.
Achieve and record quality benchmarks through QC line initiatives.
Operate a forklift safely.
Maintain efficient and effective line operations while minimizing material losses.
Utilize and troubleshoot all equipment introduced on the Packaging
Maintain departmental standards for efficiency, quality, safety, and sanitation during all shift rotations.

Enforce and adhere to all safety regulations as required by position and departmental/company safety policies.
Ensure all machinery is stocked with necessary materials such as glue, glass, crowns, labels, cartons, and cases.
Maximize resources by minimizing waste.
Work Environment
The work environment includes rotating shifts every six weeks, with hours from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. This role requires adherence to departmental standards for efficiency, quality, safety, and sanitation during all shift rotations.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $45760.00/yr.
