About the Role:

The Concrete Finisher plays a crucial role in the construction industry by ensuring that concrete surfaces are finished to the highest standards. This position involves working with various materials and tools to create smooth, durable surfaces that meet project specifications. The Concrete Finisher will be responsible for applying curing compounds and form oil, as well as operating both stationary and mobile equipment safely and efficiently. Attention to detail and the ability to follow work directions are essential to achieve the desired results. Ultimately, the Concrete Finisher contributes to the overall quality and longevity of construction projects, making this role vital to the success of any building endeavor.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience as a concrete finisher or in a similar role.

Ohio Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in concrete finishing or related field.

Experience with various concrete finishing techniques.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and finish concrete surfaces according to project specifications.

Apply curing compounds and form oil to ensure proper curing of concrete.

Operate mobile and stationary equipment safely and effectively.

Understand and follow work directions to perform each key duty satisfactorily.

Maintain a constant physical effort to meet the demands of the job.
