JOB REQUIREMENTS: As a Sales Manager at Brooks Tractor, you\'ll oversee all equipment sales efforts in southeastern Wisconsinspanning compact, mid-size, and full-line construction and forestry products. You\'ll play a key role in leading a dynamic sales team, executing growth strategies, managing customer relationships, and ensuring Brooks Tractor continues to deliver the unmatched support and service our customers expect. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of equipment sales representatives across the full John Deere C&F product lineup and allied products. Build and maintain strong customer relationships across southeastern Wisconsinincluding contractors, municipalities, utilities, and commercial operators. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow revenue, increase market share, and support dealership profitability. Collaborate with service and parts teams to ensure alignment and a seamless customer experience. Manage sales forecasts, regional inventory planning, and used equipment turns in conjunction with corporate inventory leadership. Monitor market conditions, customer trends, and competitive activity to proactively adjust sales tactics and support team success. Ensure effective use of CRM and digital sales tools to manage pipeline, leads, and customer engagement. Represent Brooks Tractor, John Deere and allied brands at trade shows, customer events, and industry functions. ** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Ideal Candidate Profile: 5+ years of proven sales experience in construction equipment or related industries; 2+ years in a sales leadership role preferred. Strong familiarity with the southeastern Wisconsin market and customer base. Solid understanding of the construction and forestry equipment landscape, including customer needs and applications. Results-driven leader with a history of coaching and developing successful sales teams. Excellent communication, organization, and relationship management skills. Proficient in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools.
