Job Title: Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Administrator to audit and cleanse existing master data in the ERP system. This role involves identifying and removing outdated, duplicate, or incomplete records, collaborating with internal teams to verify data accuracy, and documenting cleansing processes and findings.

Responsibilities

Audit and cleanse existing master data in ERP system.

Identify and remove outdated, duplicate, or incomplete records.

Experience with database systems.

Administrative support and assistance.

Audit and cleanse existing master data.

Customer service skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Essential Skills

Strong attention to detail.

Collaborate with internal teams to verify data accuracy.

Document cleansing processes and findings.

Clean up and organize data in the ERP system.

Ensure only accurate data is retained for future use.

Work with team members to check and confirm data.

Experience with ERP systems (Syteline preferred but not required).

Basic proficiency in Excel or similar data tools.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Work Environment

This is a Monday to Friday onsite position located in the Evansville office. The role requires collaboration with team members and adherence to office protocols.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
