II who will be responsible for keeping all building and equipment in
good repair, minimizing down time by providing day-to-day maintenance
and preventative maintenance of the hotel. Recognized as one of

flair. With a prime location in Milwaukee\'s Theater District, Saint
Kate serves as a creative hub for the city, where every aspect of the
hotel is inspired by music, painting, sculpture, and design. As a part
of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, we engage a diverse audience of theater
enthusiasts, food connoisseurs, and entertainment seekers. What you will
be doing: Perform daily shift reports including documenting all calls in
the Engineer\'s log, monitoring and closing out calls through Operator.
Adhere to all OSHA standards and procedures. Maintain building interior
and exterior. Foster excellent guest/associate rapport by promptly
addressing requests. Perform preventative maintenance on all FF&E.
Assist in cost control: Heat, Power, Light, Sewer and Water and provide
recommendations for improved methods and procedures. Troubleshoot,
repair and or maintain the following: All building and FF&E HVAC;
Heating, Ventilation, Air conditioning, and Refrigeration equipment
Electrical systems Mechanical equipment, i.e. motors, starters, pumps,
fans, generators and chillers Plumbing and drains Pneumatic and
electronic systems and controls Perform other duties as assigned. What
we are looking for: Previous engineering/maintenance experience
preferred. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be able to
read and interpret documents such as Lockout Tag Out, MSDS, safety
awareness information, maintenance instructions and procedural manuals.
Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and associates. Must
be able to analyze problems, identify course of action, implement
solutions and work as an indecent mechanic. Represent the company in a
courteous and well-groomed manner. Must be able to use and understand
hand and power tools. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift,
grasp, twist and stretch. Must be able to work a varied schedule to
include days, evenings, weekends, holidays and the ability to work under
