Manufacturing Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Lead and participate in concept development and strategy sessions.

Drive cross-functional teams to meet ambitious project goals.

Serve as a hands-on engineer, solving issues related to product design, materials, and processes.

Manage capital projects from scope development through installation and commissioning.

Maintain and improve plant equipment for safety, reliability, and efficiency.

Design experiments and analyze data to support product and process improvements.

Develop and implement testing methods and equipment.

Create and maintain engineering documentation.

Provide technical support for troubleshooting and quality issues.

Conduct feasibility studies and monitor emerging technologies and trends.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.

2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Proficiency in 2D CAD (AutoCAD); experience with Inventor and 3D CAD is a plus.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Excellent teamwork, leadership, and project management skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $46.00/hr.
