Advanced Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

This Engineer will lead and coordinate the launch of a medical device with a key manufacturing partner. The team will ensure delivery against technical and operational milestones, supporting both client requirements and compliance with industry standards, including protocols for IQ, OQ, and PQ validation phases.

Responsibilities

Gather and consolidate client requirements, disseminating actionable tasks across IQ, OQ, and PQ teams.

Monitor supplier progress to ensure alignment with project timelines, implementation goals, and deployment strategies.

Oversee execution of timeline leading to the product launch at the contract manufacturer.

Validate production process via IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operational Qualification), and PQ (Performance Qualification), confirming system readiness and capacity.

Support all product development milestones by facilitating and participating in scheduled Design Reviews.

Essential Skills

Proven experience in product validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), preferably in medical devices or regulated industries.

Strong project management skills, with a focus on supplier coordination and cross-functional team engagement.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and product lifecycle management in a manufacturing environment.

Work Environment

Hybrid work environment with the flexibility to work remotely and onsite as needed. Employees are entitled to two weeks of paid time off and six paid holidays annually.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $55.00/hr.
