Summary YOU WILL SERVE AS A SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (INFOSEC) IN THE WOLF RAPID CAPABILITY ENGINEERING GROUP, RAPID CAPABILITY SOLUTIONS DEPARTMENT, INTEGRATED C2 AND INTELLIGENCE DIVISION, JOINT INTELLIGENCE SYSTEMS BRANCH OF NAWCAD WEBSTER OUTLYING FIELD. Responsibilities You will provide technical direction and leadership for a staff of engineers, technicians, IT professionals and business support. You will provide technical personnel, processes, facilities, and engineering/technical service required for quick reaction design, development, integration, production, installation, testing and modernization of C5ISR systems. You will ensure projects are properly resourced and the technical requirements of the projects are met. You will develop expertise on current and emerging technologies and products with potential for application to the products and solutions developed by the Branch. You will plan and assign work based on employee's capabilities, prepare performance plans covering work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust short-term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work assigned. You will evaluate work performance of subordinates and recommend official performance ratings. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12/13 grade level or pay band NM-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
