and develop a team of Warehouse Managers, Supervisors, and up to 200
associates across multiple facilities. Foster a high-performance culture
through coaching, mentoring, and structured development plans. Build
leadership capability at all levels, ensuring bench strength and
succession readiness. Drive change management initiatives and promote
cross-site collaboration in a matrixed organizational structure. Design
and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices
across all warehouse and shipping functions. Embed daily management
systems to monitor performance, identify issues, and drive continuous
improvement. Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and
improve service levels across all sites. Leverage ERP systems (JDE) to
enhance visibility, accuracy, and control of inventory and warehouse
operations. Strengthen the connection between the digital warehouse
(ERP) and physical movement of goods, ensuring real-time data integrity
and operational alignment. Support future initiatives focused on
warehouse digitization, including automation, system upgrades, and
data-driven decision-making. Ensure inventory accuracy through robust
cycle counting, root cause analysis, and process discipline. Manage
service disruptions and implement corrective actions to minimize
operational impact. Monitor and improve KPIs related to order
fulfillment, shipping accuracy, inventory turns, and labor productivity.
Champion a culture of safety and ensure compliance with OSHA and company
safety standards. Conduct regular audits, training, and risk assessments
to maintain a safe and compliant work environment. DISCLAIMER: The
