Peacock is looking for a creative, experienced, and passionate Product Marketing Manager to join the team. You will ideally have experience working cross-functionally to inform new product strategy/positioning and has developed consumer-facing messaging. You will also have experience in go-to-market launches, integrated campaigns, and other marketing projects, taking qualitative and quantitative insights and turning them into compelling communications and value props.
Responsibilities:
Experience driving full-funnel marketing strategies for a large brand and has worked extensively with product and marketing teams to bring the experience to life across the user journey
Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for Peacock holistically and for individual features.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Build and manage relationships across product management, brand marketing, legal, creative, and operations teams to execute impactful campaigns. For specific features/campaigns, you will partner cross-functional teams to help understand and execute upon the end-to-end customer experience, and work with creative and operations teams to build asset toolkits that help channel marketing teams market our features in a consistent way.
Campaign Execution: Write marketing briefs for feature go-to-market plans and partner with the channel marketing, product, analytics and creative teams to develop robust and coordinated launch plans, ensuring a seamless execution of those plans.
Industry Research: Oversee competitive intelligence, mining the industry (in-category and out-of-category) for trends and opportunities
3+ years Product Marketing experience, or in a related role
Comfortable navigating and using an analytics platform (e.g. Adobe, Google, etc.)
Excellent organization, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely articulate complex concepts for various audiences.
Should be comfortable putting meeting agendas together, sharing recaps, and assembling and presenting decks to keep cross-functional projects moving
Strong attention to detail and leadership skills with the proven ability to own projects end-to-end, including managing relationships with team members from multiple internal departments and external vendors
Comfortable working in (or learning to work in) Figma to create mockups to visualize Product Marketing strategies
Comfortable working in (or learning to work in) Airtable or similar Project Management software
Desired Qualifications:
Prior Product Marketing (or related) experience preferred
Ability to work autonomously, focusing on key outcomes amidst competing priorities
Adaptable and resilient performer who can lead effectively under pressure and through change
Results- and solutions-oriented mindset with an intrinsic passion to learn and grow
Experience within the advertising or media entertainment industry a plus!

This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary range: $100,000 - $140,000 (bonus eligible).
