Description We are looking for a motivated Associate Attorney to join a respected plaintiff-side litigation firm in Red Bank, New Jersey. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse civil cases, including personal injury, environmental torts, and class actions. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm for plaintiff advocacy and a commitment to delivering exceptional legal representation.

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in legal proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and trials.

Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs with precision and clarity.

Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to develop effective case strategies.

Manage an active caseload while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines.

Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to build compelling arguments.

Oversee discovery processes, including document reviews and interrogatories.

Advocate passionately for clients in plaintiff-side litigation cases.

Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards in case handling. Requirements - Must possess a valid law license and be in good standing within the state.

Demonstrated proficiency in legal research, writing, and oral communication.

Judicial clerkship experience is preferred but not required.

Strong interest and passion for plaintiff-side litigation.

Previous litigation experience, particularly in civil matters, is an advantage.

Ability to manage multiple cases with a high level of organization and accuracy.

Familiarity with personal injury and tort law is highly desirable.

Commitment to providing excellent client service and advocacy.
