Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Pasadena, Texas. This is a long-term contract position where you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding support to our customers in the transportation and logistics industry. If you're passionate about providing exceptional service and have experience in customer-facing roles, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to inbound calls and provide accurate information to customers regarding orders, services, and inquiries.

Manage order entry processes efficiently, ensuring all data is accurately recorded and updated.

Handle both inbound and outbound calls to address customer needs and resolve issues effectively.

Collaborate with transportation and logistics teams to ensure timely resolution of service-related concerns.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Foster positive relationships with customers by addressing concerns and providing solutions with attention to detail.

Support internal teams with administrative tasks related to customer service operations.

Stay updated on industry trends and company procedures to provide informed assistance.

Monitor and follow up on pending customer requests to ensure satisfaction.

Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service. Requirements - Minimum of 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.

Strong ability to manage inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

Proficiency in order entry and database management systems.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Familiarity with the logistics and distribution industry is highly desirable.

Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy in work processes.
