TEKsystems is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to work a HYBRID schedule for a client based in Wall Township, NJ.

This position will take place in a family oriented, small office environment. Our client is looking to interview and start a new hire ASAP.

Qualifications

2-3 years of back-office experience in a customer support role

Prior exp with SAP order processing

Microsoft skills

Strong communication skills

Administrative and data entry

Job Description

-Process sales orders through SAP

-Communicate effectively with customer accounts and build relationships

-Communicate effectively with internal departments through sales process

-Look up items and review inventory levels

-Support sales team with customer needs

-Provide product information to customers' interest

Hours

Monday- Friday- 8:00am- 5:00pm- 40-hour work week

3 days remote- 2 days on site

Pay

$24.50/hour

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.50 - $24.50/hr.
