Description

We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth coordination and execution of corporate events and travel arrangements. This position is Part-time

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation for corporate events and trade shows.

Oversee the organization and scheduling of event booths and other corporate event logistics.

Handle inbound calls and ensure clear and efficient communication with clients and team members.

Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks to maintain records and databases.

Maintain administrative office functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Act as the primary point of contact for receptionist duties, including managing inquiries and directing communications.

Collaborate with team members to ensure all administrative tasks are completed effectively and on time.

Provide consistent updates and reports to the leadership team regarding travel plans and event preparation.

Utilize organizational skills to maintain schedules, deadlines, and event timelines.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.

Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance, preferably in a remote setting.

Demonstrated ability to book corporate travel, including flights, hotels, and event-related transportation.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for handling inbound calls and correspondence.

Familiarity with scheduling, event planning, and managing logistics for trade shows or corporate events.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
