B Shift: Manufacturing Associate - Full-Time Temp-to-Hire | B Shift | Lima, NY

Are you mechanically inclined and looking for a rewarding manufacturing role? Recent grads and those with some mechanical or production experience are encouraged to apply!

Join a clean, well-organized facility about 15-20 minutes from Henrietta, Avon, and Honeoye Falls. We offer paid hands-on training and a chance to develop your skills in a supportive environment.

Shift & Pay:

2nd Shift (Mon-Fri, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM): $17.60/hr

What You'll Do Each Day:

Operate and maintain production machinery safely and efficiently

Perform routine quality inspections and assist with packaging and labeling

Assist on the production line as needed, including inspecting, labeling, and shipping

Record production data and follow company safety standards

Keep your work area clean and organized

Support your team in meeting daily production goals

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Reliable transportation (facility not accessible by bus)

Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operation

Dependable with strong attendance and a collaborative attitude
