The AIM-9X Sidewinder Missile and JSOW programs are seeking an additional Proposal Manager to join the team. This position is a key member of the AIM-9X team and will have responsibility for providing compliant, on-time proposals and assisting with Risk and Opportunity Management.
Due to the complexity of this program, this Proposal Manager will be required to coordinate a large volume of proposal activity across Production, Sustainment, Development, Integration, and International. This role will work closely with Requirements and Capabilities to manage New Business Investment (NBI). There will be coordination across all functions required to ensure proposal deadlines are met.
**This is an onsite position at our Tucson, Arizona facility.

What You Will Do:
Lead on-time and compliant responses for critical multi-year/large lot procurement production proposals for the AIM-9X and JSOW futures
Lead on-time and compliant responses for complex development, integration, and international proposals
Support management of New Business Investment (NBI)
Support Program Managers/Capture Managers with proposal strategy development
Support Risk and Opportunity Management for execution in Production and Development
What You Will Learn:

Qualifications You Must Have:
A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years' experience
Experience in proposal development and management
Prior experience with leadership/management experience
Qualifications We Prefer:
Program Management Level 3 or Level 4 Certified or ability to achieve certification within 1 year
Demonstrated understanding of TINA compliance
Understanding of the DoD acquisition process
Experience with the internal Raytheon proposal process and tools
Strong understanding of Foreign Military Sales and the exportability requirements
Understanding and experience with international customer acquisition, budgeting, export policy, and offset process
Demonstrated understanding of engineering design, discipline, processes, and development execution
Experience with large scale production programs
Leadership experience to include developing and mentoring others
Experience and demonstrated success managing change
Ability to focus, evaluate, motivate, and reward the teams, enabling them to achieve desired results

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
