As a Marketing & Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping our brand and communication strategy across our 15 locations. You will collaborate with the leadership team to drive company-wide initiatives and ensure consistent branding.

Every day as a Marketing & Communications Specialist, you will...

Oversee the administrative and marketing areas of the organization

Develop, prepare, and maintain presentation documents for customer and leadership-level presentations

Collaborate in projects involving other departments to support company-wide initiatives

Support company wide internal and external communication efforts

Oversee the development and implementation of social media strategies and other branding opportunities for the company

Coordinate off-site meeting including venue communication, travel, lodging, and activities

Provide administrative support to the Leadership Team as needed

To thrive in this role, you must...

Be passionate about process improvement

Demonstrate the ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail and organization of work

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Have prior marketing or graphic design experience with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field; prior leadership experience is preferred

Have knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products. Experience using professional video software including Adobe Premiere and Photoshop is a plus
