Job Description
In this position, you will deliver broad access support for essential business needs across the RINVOQ Immunology portfolio. Responsibilities will involve optimizing the potential of approved assets, such as those for Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA), and Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS), Atopic Dermatitis (AD), as well as preparing for forthcoming approvals in areas like Alopecia Areata (AA), Vitiligo (VIT), and Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS). Additionally, you will contribute to other critical strategic access initiatives.
Profile:
The ideal candidate for this position should have a deep understanding of the global access environment and extensive experience within the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in leadership roles related to Market Access. They should demonstrate strong strategic skills, an innovative mindset, natural curiosity, experience with HTA, and a robust acumen in global market access. The ability to transform possibilities into reality by developing and implementing a comprehensive access strategy is essential.
Additionally, the candidate must possess excellent executive communication and storytelling skills, experience working within a cross-matrix organization, and the ability to influence and lead without formal authority. Experience working across different countries and cultures is highly advantageous.

Overall Responsibilities Include:
Analyze, synthesize, and translate technical HEOR, P&R information, into strategy and meaningful recommendations and tactics
Strategically advise and support pricing, reimbursement, access (PRA) across international key markets, focusing on the EU5, CAN, JPN, AUS, and China
Project lead with regards to vendor support, synthesizing information, and helping execute within a matrix environment.
Develop and update international access materials (IAS, value proposition, objection handler, negotiation pathway, etc.) based on emerging clinical data and competitor dynamics.
Collaborate and drive the cross-functional agenda and ensure tight AREA and LBU collaboration and co-creation.
Skills:
Ability to establish excellent working relationships with affiliates, cross-functional teams and AREA stakeholders and navigate complex matrix environments.
Experience in payer trends & evaluating drivers of market access success
Executive presence and ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
Build coalitions and develop strong partnerships across functions
Strong business acumen and ability to tackle complex problems
Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven recommendations
Ability to work under pressure, deal with ambiguity and ability to prioritize
Qualifications
BA/BS degree required.
Proven track record of being able to successfully interact with all levels of area, affiliate and internal authority across divisions (including International Commercial Leaders, Clinical Development, HEOR, Medical Affairs and Regulatory, as well as peer equivalents in other market access teams).
The candidate must possess strong leadership, intrapersonal, critical thinking and analytical skills to work with a variety of groups in ensuring that the strategic direction for market access and pricing is in balance with the market as well as corporate goals.
The candidate must be sensitive to cultural and market differences as they will interact and travel to multiple countries in their role.
This candidate must have strong presentation and writing skills.
The candidate must have at least 7+ years of progressive experience preferably in a variety of areas including market access, managed care marketing, key account management, payer support, commercial marketing, HEOR, pricing, and payer policy.
Preferred:
MBA, MS, Pharm D, or other advanced degree preferred.
A Background in managed care, payer marketing, global market access policy, or a related field is preferred
Strong knowledge of pricing regulations, pricing governance in key global markets, standard operating procedures, and the business of healthcare in key markets
Experience with clinical and health economic data is desirable
Experience across multiple therapeutic areas including Immunology is highly desirable
