Job Title: Data Entry AdministratorJob Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator to efficiently manage data entry tasks, support inventory system control, and assist with customer invoices based on contractual terms. This role requires a good understanding of commercial contracts to ensure accurate invoicing and the ability to manage customer requests effectively. The position also involves preparing audit documentation and handling inbound and outbound calls.

Responsibilities

Enter data from truckers such as order numbers and inventory.

Assist with inventory system control.

Support the preparation of monthly and vessel-specific customer invoices.

Ensure all charges are accurately filed on customer invoices by understanding commercial contracts.

Handle customer requests efficiently by understanding terminal operations.

Prepare audit documentation and assist with audits.

Manage inbound and outbound calls.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including familiarity with pivot tables, macros, and indexing.

Ability to prioritize and execute multiple activities proactively.

Exceptional interpersonal skills for efficient and professional customer issue resolution.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Work Environment

This position is 100% on-site and requires someone who can adapt to a fast-paced and busy environment. No prior experience is necessary, but candidates should be eager to learn and excel in handling ambiguity. There is potential for the position to become permanent.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
