Our client is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join their team. As a Bilingual Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the operations team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bilingual Administrative Assistant

Location: Coppell, TX

Pay Range: $19-$21

Shift: M-F 1st shift

What's the Job?

Assist in onboarding new hires and addressing support questions.

Maintain electronic records and perform clerical duties using advanced spreadsheets.

Organize and maintain filing systems and update personnel files.

Review invoices and maintain accurate billing files for customers.

Coordinate meetings and manage appointment calendars.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED with 2 to 3 years of related experience.

Strong language skills to read, analyze, and interpret business documents.

Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software.

Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions effectively.
