Customer Engagement:- Assist in managing customer inquiries and provide support in resolving issues.- Shadow senior team members in customer meetings or calls to understand customer relations and sales tactics.- Support our Customer Care Coordinator with RMA processing.1. Market Research: Undertake research on customer market trends within the military, aerospace, and naval sectors. Leverage pivot tables and AI tools to analyze and interpret sales and product data effectively.
