Senior Operational Analyst
Utility Asset Management
Position Summary
As an Senior Operational Analyst, you will be part of PGE's Facilities Inspection and Treatment to the National Electrical Safety Code ("FITNES") Program team.
This is a complex role and requires a clear understanding of utility operations, analytical acumen, and strong communication skills. You'll work closely with peer PGE departments, and interact with peer utilities, the Oregon Joint Use Association, and the Public Utility Commission of Oregon ("OPUC"). We are seeking a candidate with both data management and financial reporting experience.
Responsibilities
Maintain and report FITNES Program financial and performance-based metrics
Perform data research and analysis
Maintain FITNES Program data systems
Develop and maintain custom applications
Support and refine FITNES Program workflows
Collaborate with peer departments to develop and maintain forecasts relating to cross-departmental work and to maintain work order quality
Support Joint Use compliance and cost recovery
Support PGE's budgeting process
Minimum Qualifications
Requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance, statistics, or other related field or equivalent experience.
Typically five or more years in data analysis, statistics, finance, process improvement, project management or related field.
Desired Qualifications
Experience with Python, Tableau, Maximo, QuickBase, and GIS software
Knowledge of data modeling and standards
Experience with location-based and relational datasets
Knowledge of data analysis and corrections
Experience with business process inventory and documentation

Compensation Range:
$74,325.00 - $148,625.00
Actual total compensation, including a performance based incentive bonus, is commensurate with experience, skills, qualifications, education, training, and internal equity. While we anticipate the selected candidate for this position will fall towards the middle or entry point of the compensation range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.
