The Executive Administrative Assistant role provides administrative and communications support in all facets of the daily business routine for Pratt & Whitney Office of the President , while working in a fast paced and agile environment.
What You Will Do:
Manage the calendar, schedule all internal and external meetings, and set up video and audio conferencing when required.
Coordinate global travel arrangements point-to-point and associated logistics including coordination with RT Flight and Global Security.
Maintain an overall awareness of the executives' business activities, anticipate the needs that are associated with each meeting / event.
Prepare executives for daily calendar and activities including prioritization of meetings, advising on potential calendar/ event/ corporate issues, and preparing all necessary documents and meeting materials.
Represent Office of the President to customers and other senior officials both within and outside the organization in a positive and professional manner.
Answer incoming phone calls; determine the purpose of callers; prioritize or redirect, as necessary.
Protect operations by keeping information confidential and routed only to appropriate areas.
Prepare and review expense reports with timely submission
Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information, format for ease of executive viewing and use.
In addition, be able to participate in special projects that might be of interest, such as employee engagement teams and other areas that might be of interest or where your help might be needed.
Recommend, develop, and implement standard processes to improve the efficiency of the Office of the President
Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with P&W and RTX team members
Perform other administrative duties as needed

6+ years related work experience

This role is:
Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
The salary range for this role is 62,000 USD - 126,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
