Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.00 per hour

What's a typical day as a Manufacturing Associate? You'll be:

Assisting with the filling and packaging of reagents in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Following company, site, and department procedures meticulously

Accurately recording information while maintaining strict adherence to compliance standards

Performing daily housekeeping of production areas and maintaining equipment

Supporting and maintaining 5S activities in manufacturing areas

Identifying and implementing process improvement projects using Lean techniques

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Are motivated and able to learn simple to complex processes with increasing experience

Have the ability to adapt to change and work collaboratively in a team environment

Can lift 50 pounds and are willing to work overtime as needed

Are capable of reading and following process documentation written in English

Maintain up-to-date training records and comply with all company policies and procedures
