Description Integrated DME Services (IDS) is responsible for managing consigned durable medical equipment (CDME) dispensed by PSJH healthcare clinicians at "patient points of care" (PPC) in hospitals, clinics, and ED/urgent care locations. IDS serves as the "Program" expanding and managing CDME across PSJH. The Account Manager serves as the primary IDS contact for assigned PPC account locations providing ongoing support in service delivery, problem research and resolution, PPC caregiver training, monitoring quality and efficiency of account operations, and serving as liaison between accounts and broader internal and external resources. Required Qualifications: Associate's Degree Or High school diploma or equivalent, plus 4 years experience. Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Or High school diploma or equivalent, plus 4 years experience. 2 years Home Medical Equipment business 1 year Field service and/or medical field experience. 1 year Experience in sales. 1 year Servicing multi-account entities Why Join Providence? The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
