Our client, in the Government sector, is seeking a contract Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to customer service, dedication to professionalism and integrity.

Job Title: Accountant (Affordable Housing) - CONTRACT

Location: Tampa, FL

Pay Range: $24.70 per hour

What's the Job? 2-4 month Contract

Plan, organize, direct, and supervise assigned accounting and financial functions.

Develop and implement internal departmental accounting procedures.

Prepare complex journal entries and reconcile general ledger transactions.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and status reports for management.

What's Needed?

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to collaborate and build partnerships within a team.

Experience in budget preparation and fiscal management.

Minimum 4 years experience
