What's a typical day as a Account Receivable Analyst ? You'll be:
Supporting accounts receivable processes including customer deductions, collections, and AR issue resolution
Ensuring timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities
Collaborating with shared services teams and internal business partners to resolve system and operational issues
Leading and supporting internal control and compliance efforts, including SOX documentation
Performing account reconciliations and analyzing financial data to identify risks or areas for improvement
Coordinating with IT and system vendors (NetSuite, Vividly) to recommend enhancements
Assisting with standardization, documentation, and training on accounting processes across Ventures teams
Supporting internal and external audit requests and driving continuous improvement projects
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
At least 5 years of experience in accounting/finance
Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and internal control frameworks
Hands-on experience with financial systems (NetSuite, Blackline, Vividly preferred)
Exceptional Excel and data analysis skills
Strong communication and influencing skills to lead and collaborate with teams
A mindset for process improvement, innovation, and attention to detail
Experience in the CPG industry or a global finance organization (a plus)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
