About the Job
Your job, as Supply Chain/Demand Planning Lead within our EM&S GoldBond , will be to provide leadership, guidance, support, and direction to the team.
EM&S GoldBond Supply department is responsible of the relationships with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs), business partners involved in the manufacture, distribution and transport of GoldBond products.
Supply Chain Team interacts with CMO supply chain, customer service and planification organizations, functional units within GoldBond (Sales, finance, quality/regulatory, Strategic Portfolio Managers), GoldBond sites, and other organizations within the industrial network. The team is ensuring compliance with internal requirements and to supply finished products with quality/regulatory standards, within agreed time frames and at expected quantities and costs. They lead and implement supply solutions to any issues that may occur within the distribution channel from end-to-end.

Main Responsibilities:
Supply Chain leadership :
Lead a competitive Distribution model and supply the products to Customers for sale.
Manage supply chain set up for all GB products ensuring future system readiness with SHIFT and Kinaxis and maintaining product supply continuity across markets.
Responsible for Supply Chain oversight of Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) and other partners involved in the manufacture, distribution, and transport of GB products.
Responsible for EM&S Processes and CMOs portfolio Supply Chain activities
Manage Supply Chain aspects of Agreements between GB EM&S and Contract Manufacturing Organizations
Ensure availability of the products to customers thru a competitive distribution model, strive for availability On-Time In-Full. Keep developing the collaboration with CMOs and internal/external partners.
Ensure Supply Issues are properly managed by CMOs, escalate any critical issue according to GB alert process
Anticipate, identify and communicate risks in area of responsibility; create strategies and plans to manage risks,
Ensure Supply Chain agreements are in place with each CMOs
Lead the SC Processes of forecasting, planning, obsolescence, claims and returns. Monitor and optimize key indicators, inventory, stock-in-trade, forecasts accuracy, costs, provisions and destructions.
Ensure management of documentation system and associated tools, ensure that procedures are consistent with all applicable corporate policies and standards,
Accountable of the respect of GoldBond strategic projects impacting Supply Chain activities
Respect Good Practices of Logistics, Distribution, GB Policy and other compliance principles.
Transversal Management:
Influencing without authority by building relationships and trust establishing creditbility without formal authority in a matrix organization.
Change leadership to commicate needs for change aligned with roadmaps and organizational goals
Collaboration skills to work effectively across different functions and business units
Decision Making, use of the DAI (Decide, Advise, Inform) model to clarify roles, involving appropriate stakeholders at the right time.
Operational performance
Design the supply chain of the future. Propose and lead a distribution model according to the Global Supply Chain strategy and contribute to the achievements of the affiliate's and GBU's objectives thru competitive and innovative solutions. Specific support to new launches.
Lead the compliance to Global Master Data rules and Supply Chain System and Tools
Ensure effective interaction with other external & internal departments (EM quality & regulatory, controlling, finance, legal, business partners, global supply functions, CMOs, external suppliers)
About You
Education :
Bachelor's degree. MBA is a plus.
Experience :
Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Consumer Health Care (CHC) products, manufacturing/packaging various dosage forms, including sterile products, medical device, biotechnology and technical project management.
Technical skills
Strong Supply Chain experience
Possesses experience dans practical knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices and CHC production
Knowledge and experience with risk management programs
Supervisory and/or management experience
Ability to present information in an organized and informative manner
Experience leading project teams

The salary range for this position is:
$114,750.00 - $165,750.00
All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
