Refrigeration Technician Entry Level

We are seeking a Refrigeration Technician with a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in prepping compressors, handling copper coiling, blower installations, and testing equipment prior to shipping. The ideal candidate will possess a working knowledge of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems, including electrical controls.

Prepare and install compressors and all associated parts.

Charge refrigeration systems and handle copper coiling.

Install blowers and test all equipment before shipping.

Troubleshoot and maintain refrigeration equipment.

Read and interpret blueprints and electrical/electronic schematics.

Align motors and work with high and low voltage electrical systems.

Handle ammonia refrigeration systems and wiring tasks.

Requirements:

Mechanical aptitude

Ability to read blueprints

Experience with compressors

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Communication and basic computer skills

Knowledge of controls and electric systems

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
