??Warehouse Worker $19-22/HR

About the Role
We're hiring General production workers to support seasonal corn sorting operations with a leading global agricultural company. This hands-on role is essential to maintaining seed quality and safety standards in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manually sort corn to remove rogue ears, stalks, husks, and debris
Rework corn ears on reclaim conveyors and discard waste properly
Label, tag, bag, and palletize seed for shipment
Enter inventory data into computer systems
Assist with packaging, cleaning, and 5S warehouse practices
Wash and inspect seed boxes and assist with audits
Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures
What You Bring
Comfortable working outdoors and in a warehouse setting
Strong communication and decision-making skills
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
Forklift experience preferred
Basic computer skills for data entry
Willingness to work long hours, rotational shifts, and overtime
Work Environment
PPE provided: hi-vis gear, gloves, eyewear, hard hats
Steel-toe boots and durable clothing required
Smoke-free facility with limited device use during breaks
Team-oriented, safety-first culture
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
